The ceremony of 9th month pregnant wife which aim to respect the “twin brother” of the unborn baby. Toya kawah as consider of sedherek sepuh, and ari-ari as a symbol of sedherek enem. People believe both have souls that will become spiritual guidance for the new born baby. Few weeks before the baby born, the pregnant wife should drink jamu temulawak three times a day.
